About Bliro

Bliro is an on-device AI meeting assistant that integrates with all meeting tools and in-person meetings without relying on bots. It is highly customizable, allowing users to create different AI notes for various meetings and automatically send them to Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and more.

The process

The collaboration with Bliro consisted of 3 key phases:

Understanding the context

We began our collaboration by reviewing existing data from the Bliro team and conducting a UX audit. We then worked closely with the founders to outline the critical components of the product and business, including insights, assumptions, personas, and flows.

Creating and testing solutions

With the extended team, we researched and sketched concepts to enhance the customer experience. We tested the prototype with five existing clients to gather feedback and refine the final design.

Product Design

We consolidated our findings to design the final product and prepare the development assets, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to reality.
